〈About Our Kamo Kiri Mini Chest〉
The brothers who work as the craftsmen have made a new rice container using their skills and experiences of making ‘Kamo Kiri Tansu’. It looks like small chest drawers. Although they have been made for rice, you could find your own way to utilize them. If you were an expert in rice, you could put two different brands of rice in the two separate containers, or you may put rice in one of them and store dried food in the other. The drawers are deep enough to keep spaghettis. This wonderful product keeps food dry and protect from any insects getting inside. No coating materials or formalin adhesives are used on the products, so it is safe and keeps food fresh longer. It is also ideal for storing coffee beans and bread.
High-grade Kiri pieces are used as the standard chest drawers. The attention to details by the high skilled craftsmen is apparent from the soft and extremely smooth surface of mini chest.
〈Traditional Crafts ‘Kamo Kiri Tansu’〉
